Faraz Ayaz Hossain gave his life to save his friends. During the brutal terrorist attack on Holy Artisan Bakery in Gulshan, Dhaka, he composed a remarkable heroic story. Bollywood film ‘Faraj’ about his bravery and sacrifice is being released. It will be released in Indian theaters on February 3. The production company T-Series gave this information in a press release.

The film is produced by ‘Aligarh’, ‘Omerta’, acclaimed ‘Shaheed’ director Hansal Mehta. In the statement, he says, how young people become involved in violence, the film attempted to find out. Along with this, the need for equal courage and humanity to oppose violence was also highlighted.

The film is produced by Anubhav Sinha and Bhushan Kumar. Anubhav says, Faraz is a story that needs to be told. Hansal beautifully and skillfully presented the event that shook the world.

The film marks the debut of Kareena Kapoor’s cousin, Jahan Kapoor, and Paresh Rawal’s son, Aditya Rawal. It premiered at the BFI London Film Festival last year.

On July 1, 2016, a brutal terrorist attack took place at Holy Artisan Bakery in the capital’s Gulshan. There, 20-year-old Faraz Ayaz Hossain stood alongside two friends, Abinta Kabir and Tarishi Jain, even in the face of death. In the end, he couldn’t save them. He himself did not survive. But saved courage, friendship and humanity. Word of his bravery spread abroad. He received the Mother Teresa Memorial International Award for this bravery.
