Katha is a girl from North Kolkata. The girl who grew up in this town with Bagbazar, narrow streets, pulling rickshaws, tram bells, her picture is now all over the streets of Tamilbhum.

Incidentally, Katha stars in this film opposite young Southern star Kathir. And his character’s name is Pechi. Pechi means word in Tamil. In other words, Calcutta merges into Tamil land. Coincidentally, the name has become a match for Kata, who has just completed her MA in Bengali from Jadavpur University.

The actress also told The Wall the story of the opportunity she had in the film. It’s like a movie! How did Radhakrishnan find you? Katha said: ‘He saw my picture on Instagram and messaged me. But I did not see this message. I did a small role in Telugu movie ‘Shyam Singh Roy’ opposite southern superstar Nani. He contacted the production house and got my number.

Later I learned that Radhakrishnan had been looking for a heroine for this film for four years. Eventually, he chose Bagbazar’s daughter. This film was shot last year. According to Katha, her filming locations included Madurai, Tuticorin and Tenkasi.

How did the Dingolen language close? In this regard, the famous quote from Ritvik Ghatak – “Cinema is actually a language”. In a nutshell, “I was called to Chennai a few months before filming started. This is where the language is introduced. Katha was educated at Duff High School for Girls. Then upper secondary of Taki Girls. Although he studied commerce in upper secondary school, his graduation subject was Bengali.

He is currently working on his next film with Southern superstar Mohanlal. This girl from Bengal will also be seen with Mohanlal in an important role in this film. Although there is an opportunity to work in a new film, he is not in a good mood. He is unable to be in Tamil Nadu for the premiere or release day of this movie for a movie. The Bagbazar girl has one more regret. It is not being able to see the liberation of the father. The father who allowed him to grow up the way he wanted forever. Katha’s father is regularly on dialysis. It cannot be taken for physical reasons. The speech itself is now in Rajasthan.
