‘Internet’ will show cyber warfare in coming Eid
Bangladesh’s first cyberwar thriller, Antarzal, will be released on the day of Eid.
Produced by Dipankar Dipan, this film stars Siam Ahmed, Vidya Sinha Mim and Sunerah Binte Kamal.
The film’s chief adviser, Minister of State for ICT Junaid Ahmed Palak announced the advance of the release during the Antarzal poster unveiling ceremony on Monday evening.
He said, “Deepankar Deepan has the ability to keep the audience glued to the screen. This ability will be further developed through Internet movies.
“We have recovered the golden chapter of the film. From Dhaka Attack, Paran, Hawa, Damal and many other hit movies are coming. Especially the younger generation, which had fled the cinemas, is back.
Regarding the significance of the content of this film, the Minister of State for Information Technology said, “There is no need to drop bombs if you want to harm a country. A lot of damage can be done by using the internet. People from all walks of the country will learn about our preparedness for future cyber warfare from the internet movie.
Producer Deepankar Deepan said, “We took over the project during the pandemic. We made the film entirely in-house. The DOP of the film, the artistic director, the technical team are all from this country.
“It’s not a so-called love photo. But it has all the pacing and story a viewer wants in a movie. Viewers will notice one of my photos in a genre. As the first was police action, the second was wildlife action and this is cyber warfare.
But assuring the public there won’t be a complicated issue, Deepan said, “Let’s just say that IT is not serious business at all. Here is the motion. It’s the image of everyone. The story is organized in such a way that ordinary people can easily understand the topic of computing or hacking. And we had to go through a lot of hard times to make things easier. »
