Originated from the 1979 film “The Legend of Mawla Jat”. This classic film was made in a new arrangement. Directed by Bilal Lashari. The film stars Fawad Khan, Hamza Ali Abbasi, Humaira Malik and Mahira Khan in the lead roles.

The budget of this film made in Punjabi language is around 50 crore rupees. It is the most expensive film in the history of Pakistan. But a few days after the release, the film entered the profit room after taking the investment. The speed at which the film is growing in the global market could set even bigger records.

The film’s producer, Ammara Hikmat, said, “Some movies do better than others, and some movies do well for the industry as a whole. That’s how it’s going to be. I think it’s going to change the view of producers on Pakistani cinema.’

According to a report by Dawn, the recent Bollywood film “The Legend of Mawla Jat” also topped the UK and North American markets. Akshay Kumar’s ‘Ram Sethu’, Ajay Devgan and Siddharth Malhotra’s ‘Thank God’ star receive more responses than Fawad-Mahira’s film. The surprising thing is that two Bollywood movies were released on October 25. Meanwhile, “The Legend of Mawla Jat” hit the screens on October 13. In other words, two weeks after the release, the Pakistani film beats Bollywood!
