This ‘Pathan’ collected around Rs 65 crore (gross) at the Indian box office on its first day of release. This is the best collection in the history of Hindi cinema, the influential Pinkvilla portal based in Khabar Bollywood.

Media also report that Shahrukh’s film collected over Rs 35 crore in its first day at the global box office. Overall, the film’s first day collection is estimated at over Rs 102 crore.

However, as of this writing, the film’s production house Yash Raj Films has not released the final report.

Shah Rukh Khan received honorarium of Rs 100 crore for the film ‘Pathan’. Deepika Padukone took Rs 15 crore. Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone will be seen as detectives in the film.

And John Abraham will be seen as the main villain, his remuneration is Rs 20 crore. Salman Khan is in a guest role in the film, but Bollywood Bhaijaan did not take any compensation for his brother Shah Rukh in this film.

Siddharth Anand took Rs 6 Crores to direct this action thriller genre film.

The highly anticipated movie “Pathan” releases on January 25, 2023 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Shah Rukh Khan’s latest film “Zero” was released on December 21, 2018.
