Shakib-Pooja does not stay at the Dhallywood Awards

Actor Shakib Khan and actress Pooja Cherry will not be attending the Dhallywood Awards in New York. Showtime Music hosted the 20th Dhaliwood Film and Musical Awards at the Aazura Concert Hall in Jamaica on Sunday, October 16 at 6 p.m. Artists and crews have already arrived in New York to participate in the event. American model and Bollywood actress Nargis Fakhri is the special attraction of this event organized by Show Time Music. However, hero Shakib Khan and heroine Pooja Cherry do not remain in this event.

It is reported that Nargis Fakhri, who was born in Queens, New York, of Pakistani descent, is joining the Bangladeshi program for the first time. Tickets for the 6 p.m. event at Jamaica Aazura Hall in Queens are reportedly on sale.

In honor of the stars who attended the Dhallywood Film and Musical Awards, the organizers organized for the first time a “Dhalwood Red Carpet Dinner”. On Saturday evening (October 15), a dinner party held in the ballroom of the LaGordia Airport Marriott Hotel in New York brought together celebrities from Bangladesh, including community dignitaries.

Showtime Music owner Alamgir Khan Alam greeted the incoming stars at the ‘Dhalwood Red Carpet Dinner’. Journalist Hasanuzzaman Saki led the program organized on this occasion. At the end of the event, Alamgir Khan Alam announced that the 21st “Dhalliwood Film and Musical Awards” event will be held in Dubai and sought the cooperation of Bangladeshis abroad to make the event a success.

After Alamgir Khan Alam’s welcome speech, Dhaka’s artists and artisans interacted with everyone. Featured performers include – Eamon, Chanchal Chowdhury, Mehjabeen Chowdhury, Tanzin Tisha, Tahsan Khan, Tasnia Farin, Shahnaz Khushi, Ziaul Haque Palash, Faria Shahreen, Kabila, model Mahmuda Yasmin and others.

Popular artists from abroad will also participate in the event. Mehzabeen, Tisha, Fareen, Faria Shahreen were spotted walking the red carpet in Bahari dresses. Tahsan Khan was unable to attend the red carpet dinner as he was attending another event.
